Schedule of Play:

July 29th  – Round 1 at Foxborough Country Club

July 30th  – Round 2 at Foxborough Country Club

    • After 36-holes there will be a cut to the low 30 & ties in the Championship Division and the low 12 & ties in the Lowery and Women’s Divisions.

July 31st  – Round 3 at Woodland Golf Club

    • Any tie for first place (in any division) will be decided immediately by a hole-by-hole playoff.

 

Rules of Play: The 2023 Rules of Golf are in effect and are supplemented by the Mass Golf Hard Card. The Committee will provide any additional Local Rules needed at the Championship sites. It is the individual player’s responsibility to know the Terms of the Competition.

Golf Carts and Pull Carts: Players may use caddies and pull/push carts during the Championship Proper. The use of automotive transportation is NOT permitted except for competitors in the Lowery Division (cart fees to be paid by competitor) $30 (CASH/CARD) at Foxborough Country Club and $30 at Woodland GC (CASH ONLY).

 

Starting Times: Can be found HERE. Please make sure to be at your starting tee at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time to ensure that all proper instructions are received from the starter.

  • Starting times for Round 3 at Woodland Golf Club will be off the 1st and 10th tee starting at 8am. Leaders will go off last. 

 

Practice Facilities

  • Foxborough Country Club: Available starting at 6:30am.
  • Woodland Golf Club: Available starting at 7:00am

 

Practice Round Information:

  • Availability – Based on club availability. 
  • Email Steve Field to schedule your practice round (sfield@foxboroughcc.com). 
  • There will be a $30 mandatory cart/trail fee per player for each practice round. 
  • Competitors are limited to one practice round. 
  • The practice range is available to competitors prior to the practice round, only on the day of the round. 250 Yards Max.

Food & Beverage Services:

 

Wednesday: A competitor luncheon (sponsored by Mass Golf) will be available for all players from approx. 11:00am to 3:00pm.in the Restaurant. Bar service and additional food & beverage items will be available at the player’s expense - CASH/CARD.

 

Thursday: Food and beverage will be available starting at 11:00am at the player's expense in the restaurant. - CASH/CARD.

 

Friday: Food and beverage will be available starting at 11:00am at the player’s expense in the grill room - CASH ONLY. The 4th hole snack shack will also be available - CASH ONLY. 

 

Prizes: The Richard F. Connolly, Sr. Trophy will be presented to the winner of the Championship Division, the Eddie Lowery Trophy to the winner of the Lowery Division and the Women’s Division Trophy to the winner of the Women’s Division. Merchandise certificates will also be awarded to the low finishers & ties and are only redeemable at the host site(s).
